Guardian and Marshall coverage

Guardians and Marshalls are often thought of as the same but, in fact, they are different in how they respond, what they respond to, and the level of training required. Marshalls are governed by Texas Education Code 57.0811 and Guardians are governed by Texas legislature HB 1009 and SB 386. To the extent immunity statutes apply, PEAT provides coverage for Marshalls and Guardians through General Liability.
