PEAT is excited to offer Vector Solutions to membership. Vector is one of the most recognized online training platforms for public schools. Some program offerings are mandated and will help members meet TEA requirements. Courses include the following Texas required training: Blood Born Pathogens, Bullying/cyber bullying, Child Sexual Abuse, Cybersecurity, Seizure Training, and Student Mental Health.
Without proper education, schools may face TEA compliance issues and reputational damage.
To mitigate these risks, the Public Educators Association of Texas offers access to Vector Solutions, a comprehensive resource center designed to support school districts in proactive risk management.
Through Vector Solutions, members can access K-12 Safety and Compliance training and a wealth of customizable resources.

Is an anonymous reporting system (ARS) for safety, misconduct, and compliance concerns to prevent harm to self or others with access to trained Crisis Text Line Counselors for support.
With the emphasis by TEA on Inappropriate Relationships, Abuse, and Timely Reporting, Lightspeed/StopIt is an excellent resource to address these situations. The goal is to stop behavior before it escalates.
Lightspeed/StopIt begins with an Anonymous Tip from a student, staff member, or parent via app, phone, or web. An Incident Response Specialist uses two-way chat to gather details. Specialists escalate tip as appropriate based on an escalation list.
